Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize the receipt and inspection of goods, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and other materials entering the clinic;
• Verify the quantity and quality of goods upon receipt to ensure compliance with documentation;
• Ensure proper placement and registration of goods stored in the warehouse;
• Monitor the issuance of products based on orders from medical and other departments and formalize release documents;
• Supervise the correct execution of daily operations in warehouse software;
• Organize inventory counts and prepare reports based on the results;
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and sanitary-hygienic conditions of the warehouse in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Identify and document materials that are expired or no longer usable in a timely manner;
• Prepare and submit relevant reports (balance, movement, loss, write-off, etc.) to management;
• Participate in the planning and ordering process of required supply materials;
• Lead the activities of warehouse staff (storekeepers, assistants) and organize task distribution.

Requirements:

• Higher education (degree in logistics, management, or economics is an advantage);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management (experience in a medical facility is a plus);
• Knowledge of warehouse accounting and management principles;
• Proficiency in working with warehouse software (1C, ERP, etc.);
• Basic understanding of medical and household products;
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills;
• Ability to manage a team and solve problems;
• Capability to work in a physical work environment and act promptly.

Additional Information:

• Work location: Khankendi, Karabakh
• Work schedule: Five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00)
• Salary: Competitive and based on professional experience
