Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Playing an active role in the process of production planning and loading of orders requested by the customer. Providing necessary documentation on time to customers for the purpose on custom clearance without any hustle;
• Consolidating customer orders in the relevant format (SOP format) to share with the supply chain;
• Sharing production plan with customers monthly basis;
• Coordinating the export procedures and production processes between sales, finance, supply chain departments;
• Transmitting all monthly production and shipment information of orders to the customer in a timely manner;
• Providing forwarder details from customer in relevant incoterm conditions and arranging shipments with the logistic department;
• Controlling the customer credit limits with finance & sales team and informing the clients for the due dates of payments, validity and limit of credits exc;
• Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports (sales turnover, risk analysis, production planning) for the management team;
• Coordinating and collecting SES&SOP information in detail and entering this information into the system on time;
• Establishing accurate and timely communication with the customers and finding a proper solution to their requests with the help of related parties in the organization;
• To create and sustain close communication with the customers from order collecting to shipment process;

Requirements:

• Written and communication skills in English and Turkish, Russian language is desirable;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the current field;
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience required;
• MS Office skills;
