Senior Specialist in Financial Analysis and Reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or relevant fields
• Experience in the electronics sector is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting principles, corporate finance, and analytical analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling, report analysis, and forecasting
• Experience in managing trade receivables and evaluating credit risks
• Knowledge of letters of credit, bank guarantees, Coface, and other trade credit insurance mechanisms
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BPC, and Hyperion systems is preferred
• Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking for financial data analysis and business process optimization
• Understanding of internal control and audit principles, along with hands-on experience in their application
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and consider diverse perspectives
• Strong communication and idea presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports within the designated timeframe
• Actively participate in budget planning and financial forecasting processes while coordinating with relevant departments
• Develop detailed analytical reports and financial performance assessments for management
• Identify discrepancies between local accounting records and IFRS-based financial statements, ensuring alignment
• Coordinate and monitor the reconciliation of financial data with the headquarters
• Analyze customer credit limits and oversee financial aspects of orders and delivery processes
• Execute risk management procedures through the SAP system and generate relevant reports
• Contribute to internal and regional projects by conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
