Senior Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt and inventory of spare parts for forklifts, construction machinery, and lifting equipment;
• Check incoming goods for compliance with documentation;
• Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts in the warehouse;
• Organize timely preparation of orders from the service department;
• Coordinate with the sales department to ensure prompt supply of spare parts;
• Monitor stock levels daily;
• Track minimum stock levels and report shortages to management;
• Organize inventory processes and report results;
• Perform warehouse operations in the Mikro system;
• Prepare monthly reports on spare parts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts or technical warehouse operations;
• Understanding of spare parts for construction machinery, forklifts, or industrial equipment;
• Ability to work with Mikro system;
• Strong skills in MS Excel;
• Teamwork and planning skills;
• Russian and English knowledge is an advantage.
