Position: Sales Specialist (ERP and Software Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of ERP systems and other software products;
- Search for potential customers and establish initial contact;
- Analyze customer needs and present suitable software products;
- Present company solutions at the company’s booth during B2B events;
- Organize meetings and conduct presentations;
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of sales strategies;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Maintain contact with customers after sales and analyze potential for repeat sales;
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports;
Required Skills:
- Understanding of ERP systems (Odoo, Logix, 1C, Mikro, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.);
- Understanding of business processes from various sectors;
- Active sales and B2B sales experience;
- Good communication, problem identification, and presentation skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English is an advantage;
Education and Experience:
- Higher education (Business Administration, Finance or related fields);
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (experience in ERP or software field is preferred);

- Work schedule: Weekdays 5 days, 09:00 – 18:00;
