Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Making daily cold calls to potential B2B clients;
• Scheduling meetings and initial consultations;
• Preparing short reports based on call outcomes;

Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling or B2B sales;
• Clear and confident communication skills;
• Discipline and a responsible work approach;
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage.

Conditions:

• Salary: 600–800 AZN;
• Opportunity to earn 1200+ AZN per month when KPIs are met;
• Flexible work schedule (part-time / hybrid).
