Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that stores achieve their assigned sales targets;
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and lead their implementation;
- Monitor, analyze, and take actions to improve the sales performance of each store;
- Analyze customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and prepare reports;
- Supervise the daily sales activities of each store;
- Optimize and efficiently manage the work schedules of store staff;
- Monitor employees’ dress code and discipline;
- Ensure the implementation of internal labor rules, work processes, and store policies;
- Analyze the impact of social media and digital marketing strategies on sales;
- Coordinate with warehouse and production departments to prevent product supply issues affecting sales;
- Supervise and develop online sales services;
- Manage operations with Wolt and similar service platforms;
- Oversee the proper execution of cash register operations in stores;
- Organize and develop corporate sales activities;
- Establish service standards to increase customer satisfaction;
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback, and find solutions;
- Organize special events to strengthen customer relationships (surveys, questionnaires, etc.);
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management;
- Monitor and optimize financial and sales performance indicators;
- Submit monthly sales reports to the CEO and Director and regularly inform them about ongoing activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of store managers and sales teams;
- Ensure customer satisfaction in all stores;
- Oversee proper product and stock management;
- Ensure employees comply with internal regulations and labor discipline;
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in stores;
- Monitor the timely and accurate execution of management instructions.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule: Full-time (6 days per week)
- Salary: To be determined by agreement + sales-based bonus
