Sales Manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Development of the company’s sales strategy
• Identification and processing of the target audience
• Scheduling meetings and product tests with potential clients
• Presentation and sales of products/services to clients together with the company’s technologists
• Preparation of sales plans and forecasts
• Continuous expansion of the potential customer base with new clients
• Proper and effective use of the company technologists’ resources
• Building relationships with clients and meeting their needs

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in business administration, economics, or finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of sales
• Additional training in sales management and customer relations will be an advantage
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Good command of Russian and English
