Sales Manager

About the Company:
A specialized company providing sales, installation, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and small cargo lifts.

Job Description:

• Attracting new clients, building a customer base, and establishing business relations with corporate clients
• Identifying potential new projects or enhancing existing ones to forecast product demand
• Conducting daily visits to sales points as per the plan
• Conducting market research and identifying customer needs
• Ensuring high-quality sales and service, identifying potential clients, and establishing relationships
• Strengthening connections with existing corporate clients
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with construction and building sector companies, contractors, project managers, and architects to include them in the customer base
• Stimulating sales based on client requirements
• Supporting the preparation of tender documents
• Completing tasks assigned by management promptly

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
• Relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Work Conditions:

• 5-day work schedule (09:00 to 18:00)
• Salary: 1500 AZN
