Project Sales Manager

         Job Description:

• Establishing and developing relationships with corporate clients;
• Presenting the company’s products and services to clients;
• Identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and concluding contracts;
• Monitoring sales volume and quality, preparing reports and presenting them to management;
• Ensuring that payments from clients are made on time and in accordance with contract terms.

         Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the construction sector and having an existing client base is preferred);
• Strong communication and sales skills;
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented work approach;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage;
• Personal car and a valid driver’s license are an advantage.

         Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day work week (Saturday: 09:00–13:00);
• Salary: 1000+ AZN (plus high commission on sales);
• Salary may vary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and skills;
• Workplace: Narimanov district, A. Aghrunov 3-9.
