Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Company product line, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze market performance, monitor competitor activities, track pricing, and produce detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with analysts to forecast product demand and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in managing product-related expenses, ensuring alignment with budget targets, and maintaining profitability.
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns with key clients, preparing presentational materials and coordinating with other departments.
• Develop strategies for new product launches and phase-out of outdated products.
• Maintain communication with teams in Turkey and Russia, ensuring alignment with the sales and marketing teams in Azerbaijan.
• Prepare product and price lists, along with necessary documentation, to support the local teams.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with relevant departments to ensure smooth product management.
• Conduct regular field visits to stay connected with market trends and client needs.
• Ensure timely execution of trade activities within client channels.
• Provide product training to sales teams when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
• High proficiency in English, Russian, and Georgian languages.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
• Creative, energetic, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
