Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to establish, maintain, and enhance the clinic’s brand image;
- Prepare comprehensive marketing plans and execute targeted campaigns to promote services to specific audiences;
- Work with digital marketing tools and actively manage social media accounts;
- Ensure regular updates of content on the hospital’s official website;
- Build relationships with media outlets, write press releases, and coordinate interviews and media appearances;
- Manage internal communication channels, including the distribution of informational materials for doctors and staff;
- Oversee the creation of brochures, booklets, posters, and other promotional materials aimed at strengthening brand awareness and reaching target patients;
- Plan and execute public and scientific events such as conferences, seminars, health awareness days, blood donation campaigns, etc.;
- Organize and manage official openings, meetings, image-building events, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects;
- Prepare and disseminate educational content aimed at increasing patient awareness and satisfaction;
- Provide regular reports to hospital management on all PR and marketing activities;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (experience in healthcare, education, or similar service sectors is an advantage);
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and writing style);
- Proficiency in English and/or Russian (fluency in verbal communication is required);
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in marketing and brand management;
- Understanding of marketing strategies and principles specific to the service sector, particularly healthcare;
- Ability to develop positioning strategies and communication plans tailored to target audiences;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms;
- Basic understanding of content planning and design (copywriting, brand visuals, content strategy, etc.);
- Skills in crisis communication and handling negative feedback on social media;
- Experience in building media relations and strong public communication initiative;
- Event planning, organization, and management skills;
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and ethically in both written and verbal formats.
