The Sika Construction Chemicals factory is located in the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park and has an annual production capacity of 105,000 tons. The factory is established based on Swiss and Turkish technologies and primarily manufactures powder products, concrete, and cement additives.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving and managing customer orders.
• Monitoring order portfolios.
• Managing and optimizing the transportation system.
• Ensuring drivers deliver orders to customers on time.
• Controlling drivers’ check-in/check-out times and business trips.
• Preparing warehouse release invoices for materials in the SAP system after order creation and submitting them to the warehouse for loading.
• Supervising the loading procedure and preparing delivery documents.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Sales Department.
• Coordinating customer-related discrepancies with the Sales Department.
• Preparing transfer waybills between warehouses and delivering them to the warehouse.
• Supervising the maintenance and repair of trucks.
• Ensuring timely technical inspections and official permits.

Required Skills and Experience

• Higher education;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• High-level proficiency in English;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a result-oriented approach.
