Lead/Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Creating SEO/SEM, e-mail, social media and video advertising campaigns and delivering them to the right target audiences;
•  work with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica and other analytical tools;
•  Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
•  Monitoring of market trends, innovations and their application in work;
•  Increasing sales of online cards, credit and other products through digital advertising;
•  Competitors' analysis and analysis;
•  Monitoring of statistics, optimization of campaigns based on the results obtained on the basis of analytics;
•  Make required changes in the admin-panel of the bank's website;
•  Be aware of and apply the latest consumer and marketing trends and developments in technology;
•  Ensure constant maintenance and improvement of statistical and customer experience indicators of website and mobile applications;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

•  Higher education (Business, Marketing, Economics);
•  At least 2 years of work experience in the field of digital marketing;
•  Language skills: Azerbaijani is fluent, English is desirable;
•  Work experience in creating marketing and advertising campaigns;
•  Propensity for initiative, creativity and innovation;
•  Willingness to learn and personal development;
