Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the white goods and/or small
  • domestic appliances sectors.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish (both written and verbal); knowledge of Russian is
  • an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and stay abroad for both short and long-term assignments.
  • Strategic and broadminded approach to business.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Clear and effective communicator, capable of articulating ideas and concepts
  • confidently.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and responsible from Georgian and Armenian markets.
  • Work with major retail chains and distributors, including Elit Electronics, Alta, and
  • Kontakt Home. Oversee product price analysis, product assortment, order and
  • production issues, and receivables collection.
  • Lead and coordinate negotiations, engaging with decisionmakers.
  • Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, including performance evaluation,
  • compliance with terms.
  • Develop and expand selected product categories, analyzing competitors' promotional
  • actions and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned clients and drive an increase in market share.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports.
  • Plan promotional activities up to 3 months in advance.
  • Initiate salesdriving activities and strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and inventory (sellin/sell-out/stock/WOS): PSI.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Foster excellent crossfunctional collaboration with other departments.
  • Conduct regular field visits to stay informed about the market.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade activities within client channels.
