Key Account Executive

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management disciplines;

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (experience in the home appliances and/or small home appliances sector is preferred);

Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken);

Exceptional communication and presentation skills;

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally;

A strategic and broad-minded approach to business life;

Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and strong team player qualities;

An open and effective communicator, able to express ideas and concepts with confidence;

Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

 

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

Act as the responsible manager for the Azerbaijan market;

Work closely with large retail chains and distributors;

Oversee product pricing analysis, product assortment, order and production issues, and accounts receivable collection;

Interact with decision-makers to manage and coordinate negotiations;

Monitor and implement contractual obligations, including performance evaluation and compliance with terms;

Develop and expand selected product categories, and analyze competitors’ promotional activities and pricing strategies;

Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned customers;

Prepare and present analytical reports;

Plan promotional activities up to 3 months in advance;

Initiate sales-boosting activities and strategies;

Manage sales forecasting, planning, and inventory (sales in/sales out/stock/WOS): PSI

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

Promote excellent cross-functional collaboration with other departments;

Conduct regular field visits to stay informed about the market;

Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial activities across customer channels.
