Junior specialist / specialist in data center department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to requests made to the bank by phone or online means;
• Answering customers' questions on social networks and other internet media spaces;
• Provide customers with detailed and complete information about the Bank's products and services, promotions, innovations, and service structures;
• Enter the new information obtained about the customer into the bank program;
• Organizing sales of banking products based on calls (telemarketing);
• Perform other responsibilities based on tasks arising from job functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in the information field;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages at an excellent level;
• High communication skills;
• Ability to work with MS Office programs;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to speak fluently and clearly.
