Junior HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Participate in candidate selection.
• Identify job requirements and staffing needs.
• Monitor employee performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in organizing training programs and support employee development.
• Provide support in career development.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Human Resource Management.
• Education in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities.
• Open to learning and willing to grow.

Additional Information:

• HR systems training will be provided.
• 5-day work week.
• Salary to be determined through negotiation.
