Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and conducting initial diagnostics of IT requests and issues from users;
- Providing technical support for operating systems (Windows 10/11) and office software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.);
- Setup and technical support of printers, scanners, IP phones, and other peripheral devices;
- Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts (based on Active Directory);
- Resolving daily technical issues related to Microsoft 365 accounts;
- Escalating relevant problems and directing them to the system administrator when necessary;
- Accurately documenting technical support activities and maintaining support tickets;
- Performing initial checks of local network connection issues and basic configurations (e.g., printer sharing, IP changes, etc.);
- Installing and performing initial setup of computers and other equipment.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in IT, Computer Science, or related fields);
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office software;
- Ability to work with printers, networks, and computer hardware;
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365;
- Knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Gateway, etc.);
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently;
- Customer-oriented approach, patience, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly;
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility;
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, and at least technical level of English proficiency.
