Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization and management of the company’s human resources strategy and HR processes;
• Identify staffing needs for vacancies, search for and select candidates, and conduct initial assessments;
• Organize interviews, meet with candidates, and ensure that suitable candidates are presented to management;
• Carry out employee-related HR operations through the ƏMAS system in compliance with legislation, including the conclusion, amendment, and termination of employment contracts, leave management, and other personnel operations;
• Ensure that relevant operations are carried out in the ISB system and that the information is accurate;
• Organize employee performance evaluation processes, analyze the results, and identify development needs;
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with information on employee turnover, recruitment timelines, attendance, and other indicators;
• Participate in assessing staffing needs, employee attendance, and workplace discipline at various construction sites during business trips;
• Ensure the improvement of HR processes and the preparation and implementation of internal procedures related to personnel management.

Requirements

• Higher education (a degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred);
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR;
• Experience in the construction sector is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel;
• Analytical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to travel and ability to travel to regional locations when required.

Working Conditions

• Work Schedule: 5-day workweek;
• Salary: AZN 1,500–2,000 net (depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and work experience);
• Work Location: Near Elmler Akademiyasi metro station.
