HSE Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor internal rules, procedures, and instructions related to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE);

To monitor the implementation of occupational safety and security rules in the clinic.;

To oversee the organization and implementation of activities in accordance with labor legislation, sanitary regulations, and technical safety standards;

Develop measures to identify and eliminate potential workplace risks;

To lead the organization of HSE trainings and  the awareness-raising activities for employees;

To monitor that employees undergo initial and periodic medical examinations in a timely manner in accordance with the legislation;

Conduct investigations and report to management in case of accidents, incidents, or force majeure situations;

Implement appropriate safety measures for employees working with radiation and chemical substances in the clinic;

Support the preparation of periodic reports related to HSE and submission to relevant government authorities.

Candidate Requirements:

Higher education (preferably in Occupational Safety);

Minimum 3 years of work experience (experience in a medical facility is an advantage);

Knowledge of occupational safety, fire safety, radiation safety, and sanitary-hygienic standards;

Ability to organize trainings and communicate effectively with staff;

Fluency in Azerbaijani (foreign language knowledge is an advantage);

Willingness to work in Khankendi city.
