Hostess

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting guests;
• Monitoring the entrance and checking accreditation/badges;
• Directing guests to the appropriate halls and stands;
• Guiding guests to their designated seats;
• Providing guests with information about the event program and activities;
• Responding to guest inquiries politely and promptly;
• Maintaining continuous coordination with foreign supervisors.

Requirements:

• Proactive, elegant, and friendly appearance;
• Good spoken English and Azerbaijani language skills;
• Age: 18 years and above;
• Recommended height: minimum 1.70 m;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under a high-pressure work environment.

Dress Code and Appearance:

• The uniform and accessories provided by the company must be worn in full;
• Hair must be neat, clean, and properly tied back;
• Light and tasteful makeup is preferred;
• Appropriate footwear (provided by the company or a model approved by the company);
• When necessary, elements or accessories of the national attire of the host country, the Republic of Azerbaijan, may be used.

Working Hours and Discipline:

• Working hours: 09:00–18:00;
• Employees must be ready at the workplace at least 30 minutes before the start of work;
• Punctuality, responsible behavior, and limited use of personal mobile phones are required;
• The assigned duty post must not be left except in emergency situations;
• Any problems that arise must be immediately reported to the supervisors;
• Participation in daily training sessions and briefings is mandatory.
