Head of the Cleaning Department

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the organization of cleaning activities across all areas of the clinic (wards, offices, common areas, etc.);

Plan the work of the cleaning staff, allocate tasks, and ensure daily supervision;

Oversee the implementation of disinfection and hygiene standards;

Ensure the proper use of cleaning and disinfection products;

Prepare orders for the timely supply of cleaning materials and equipment;

Supervise and report on the clinic’s compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations;

Monitor and evaluate the quality of the cleaning staff’s work, ensuring adherence to professional behavior standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Secondary specialized education;

At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in a managerial position;

Preferred: Knowledge of international hospital cleaning protocols and JCI standards;

Knowledge of sanitary and hygiene norms and disinfection procedures;

Ability to lead a team, allocate tasks, and ensure supervision;

Responsible, attentive, and capable of working efficiently;

Proficiency in Azerbaijani for communication;

Willingness to work in Khankendi city.
