Head of Returns Department

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani language (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and 1C software;
• Leadership, decision-making, time management, and team management skills;

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises all operations carried out in the department;
• Interprets various types of documents required in connection with the operations carried out in the department;
• Ensures the safety of stored goods;
• Ensures the control of incoming goods in the department for compliance with approved standards and their proper entry into the system;
• Organizes the inspection and return of goods returned from the warehouse to the relevant companies;
• Supervises the proper use of special equipment and devices in the department;
• Participates in the inventory process;
• Manages department employees, guides and coordinates their activities;
• Monitors the work schedule of department employees;
• Ensures the confidentiality of company-related information.
• Immediately informs warehouse management of any situation that poses a threat to the material assets under their supervision, identifies the causes of the dangerous situation, and takes preventive measures.
