Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of uninterrupted and proper execution of outpatient and inpatient patient registration and admission processes;
- Ensuring proper collection of documents during registration and their integration into the system;
- Effective management of patient flow to emergency, polyclinic, and clinical departments;
- Informing and guiding patients regarding mandatory and voluntary health insurance;
- Organization of work with insurance companies, monitoring of contract implementation, and verification of compliance of services with insurance terms;
- Organization of coordinated medical processes between departments and doctors, management of medical trajectory in complex cases;
- Management of all stages of the patient's journey from admission to discharge (route management);
- Preparation and presentation of medical service packages (checkups, surgeries, etc.);
- Participation in sales and promotional strategies for service promotion;
- Presentation of paid services and effective communication with patients;
- Prompt informing of patients about services, prices, procedures, and documentation;
- Supervision of information desk and service desk operations;
- Monitoring of documentation and delivery of instructions for discharged patients;
- Preparation of work distribution and shift schedules for registration, coordination, insurance, and information desk employees;
- Management and control of various shift modes;
- Supervision of adaptation and internal training of new employees;
- Proposing initiatives for process improvement and optimization of registration procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education (in healthcare, management, or related fields);
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of medical management and healthcare systems;
- Familiarity with patient registration and admission processes;
- Knowledge of insurance systems and payment mechanisms;
- Understanding of software principles in healthcare information technologies;
- Skills in document preparation, registration, and organization;
- Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
- Strong communication skills, initiative, responsibility, and leadership ability.
