Job Responsibilities:
Ensure strategic management of the department and preparation of the annual activity plan;
Establish and develop cooperation with insurance companies and corporate partners;
Ensure the compliance of medical services with insurance coverage;
Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of corporate contracts;
Organize analysis and monitoring of insurance cases;
Implement control and improvement measures to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality;
Define the distribution of tasks among department staff and monitor their performance;
Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and submit them to the management;
Monitor market trends and propose development suggestions.
Requirements:
Higher education (in medicine, management, economics, or other relevant fields);
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in medical insurance, healthcare management, or corporate services;
Knowledge of insurance contracts, procedures, and the insurance market;
Experience in working with corporate partners and in the preparation and implementation of contracts;
Practical skills in managing medical services and ensuring patient satisfaction;
Analytical thinking and structuring skills in preparing reports, conducting analysis, and monitoring;
Leadership skills, initiative, and decision-making ability;
High-level proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in Azerbaijani (spoken and written); knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
