Responsibilities:

  •  Welcoming customers who apply to customer service structures with various requests;
  •  Referral of customers to relevant departments based on their requests;
  •  Directing customers to relevant departments on the electronic queue system;
  •  Providing information about the rules for using payment terminals.

Candidate requirements:

  •   High education;
  •  Ability to speak fluently in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable;
  •  Knowledge of MS Office programs;
  •  Ability to work individually and as a team;
  •  High communication and customer orientation;
  •  Ability to be responsible and correct;
  •  Accuracy and attention to detail;
  •  Ability to operate and solve problems.
