Job Description:
- Establishing prompt and professional communication with clients via phone and email;
- Providing clients with detailed and accurate information about the company’s products and services;
- Managing the existing client database and building long-term relationships with corporate clients;
- Preparing proposals for clients;
- Actively searching for and attracting new clients;
- Coordinating and overseeing all stages of the sales process;
- Monitoring sales performance (targets, turnover, etc.) and preparing regular reports for management;
- Tracking client payments and ensuring timely execution.
Requirements:
- Female candidate;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (experience in the construction sector is an advantage);
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian or English) is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: 6-day work week (Saturday: 09:00–13:00);
- Salary: 700 AZN (plus commission on sales);
- Workplace: Narimanov district, A. Aghrunov 3-9.
