Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Full accounting and tax accounting in 1C software.
• Calculation and payment of VAT, profit/income tax, insurance/social contributions, mandatory medical insurance, and unemployment contributions.
• Preparation and submission of accounting, statistical reports, and tax declarations in electronic systems (e-tax / e-qaimə, etc.).
• Preparation of financial reports upon management request (P&L, CF, BS).
• Expense planning, payroll calculation and issuance.
• Issuance and control of electronic invoices/waybills (e-qaimə), adjustments, and acts.
• Working with online cash registers, checking reports and data uploads in 1C.
• Interaction with tax authorities, responding to inquiries and desk audits.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting / Finance / Audit.
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting (experience in retail is preferred).
• Knowledge of the Tax Code of Azerbaijan and experience with e-document management (e-qaimə, e-reporting) and online cash registers.
• Experience in foreign economic activity (import, export).
• Languages: Azerbaijani (mandatory), Russian (mandatory), English (desirable).   

      Work schedule: 5-day work week
