Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls;
- Providing advisory support to clients in line with their inquiries and assisting in answering their questions;
- Entering received information into the system database;
- Recording clients' suggestions and complaints and directing them to the appropriate department;
- Submitting monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
- Strong communication skills with clients;
- Ability to speak fluently and clearly with proper intonation;
- Pleasant voice tone;
- Responsibility and willingness to develop professionally;
- Ability to handle stress;
- Emotional control skills;
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
