Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls;
  • Providing advisory support to clients in line with their inquiries and assisting in answering their questions;
  • Entering received information into the system database;
  • Recording clients' suggestions and complaints and directing them to the appropriate department;
  • Submitting monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
  • Strong communication skills with clients;
  • Ability to speak fluently and clearly with proper intonation;
  • Pleasant voice tone;
  • Responsibility and willingness to develop professionally;
  • Ability to handle stress;
  • Emotional control skills;
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
