Job Description:

• Develop, present, and communicate the product roadmap and vision to team members;
• Collaborate with business partners to clarify requirements and expectations, playing a key role in the multifunctional product team's processes;
• Take a lead role in identifying customer needs to deliver fast and consistent business value through the products;
• Prioritize and deliver solutions aligned with the product strategy by collaborating with legal, risk, operations, marketing, and other teams;
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increasing product competitiveness and user adoption;
• Define requirements for the product, oversee its development, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in civil engineering or architecture (recent graduates are preferred);
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Proficiency in English (advanced), Russian is desirable;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Presentable appearance;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
