Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, calibration, and technical maintenance of medical equipment at the facility
- Diagnosing technical malfunctions in medical equipment and performing repairs or referring to relevant organizations
- Providing preventive technical maintenance (PTX) to medical equipment according to schedules and documenting the results
- Conducting initial inspection of newly acquired medical equipment, learning usage instructions, and providing initial technical support to users
- Daily communication with service companies and suppliers on technical issues and monitoring work within warranty coverage
- Participating in the registration and archiving of technical documentation of equipment (operation manuals, certificates, technical passports, etc.)
- Ensuring safe operation of equipment according to technical safety and labor protection regulations
- Evaluating the operational condition of existing technologies and proposing technical improvements to the department head
- Providing required information and support regarding the technical condition of equipment during audits and inspections
- Collaborating with staff to ensure uninterrupted operation of biomedical equipment and optimize service processes
- Submitting daily and monthly work reports to the department manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher technical education (Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields)
- At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
- Knowledge of medical device operation and technical diagnostics
- Ability to plan and document preventive technical maintenance systems
- Awareness of technical standards and safety requirements
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the structure, operating principles, and technical maintenance procedures of medical equipment (monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, laboratory equipment, etc.)
- Experience in hospitals or medical equipment supply is preferred
