Job Description:
Managing authorized service network, call center and spart part warehouse with minimum cost and maximum customer satisfaction in Azerbaijan, Georgia;
Develop and implement customer care policies, processes, and performance metrics;
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy;
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service quality;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience;
Train team members on best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement;
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching;
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields;
Minimum 5 years of experience in related functional areas;
Having experience in home appliances industry;
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian;
Basic knowledge of customer care operations, having a good network about Azerbaijan finished goods service centers and extended knowledge on Consumer Rights and legislations;
Good command of CRM Systems/SAP and MS Office applications;
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
