Job Description
- Managing authorized service network, call center and spart part warehouse with minimum cost and maximum customer satisfaction in Azerbaijan, Georgia.
- Develop and implement customer care policies, processes, and performance metrics.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Train team members on best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related functional areas
- Having experience in home appliances industry
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian
- Basic knowledge of customer care operations, having a good network about Azerbaijan finished goods service centers and extended knowledge on Consumer Rights and legislations
- Good command of CRM Systems/SAP and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
